Eliot knows his stuff and makes sure you do too I became very trusting of Elliott when he was the head mechanic at Central motors, so I was excited for him, and myself, when he opened his own … More shop. Fine Automotive could not have been better for my 13-year-old car. I went in so Eliot could diagnose whether I needed brakes and rotors for all four tires, and he determined that I only needed the front ones done. When he showed me a control arm that was almost completely rusted through, I almost passed out with fear. Knowing that I may have been paying for another set of brakes and rotors, but didn’t have to because Eliot is so honest, I was able to use that money towards replacing the control arm. If you have to wait, Eliot’s Wi-Fi is strong and the couch is very comfortable. I will be coming back for all of my automotive needs. Less

I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Eliot Fontaine from FINE Automotive Services & Repairs!! If you need work done, he’s the man for the job! To make a long story longer, I bought a car back in … More October and noticed a problem right off the bat. I have been to four mechanics since, including the dealership I bought it at.. no one could figure it out and everyone told me they didn’t hear it…. Well, Eliot found it and fixed it!!!! After me doing my best to articulate this issues, he listened to everything I had to say, test drove it multiple times… and he was even nice enough to show me exactly what was going on when he found it! I’m sooooo grateful he took the time to really pay attention to what the others overlooked. Him fixing that one problem actually alleviated what I thought were multiple problems and what he fixed had the potential to be extremely dangerous had he not found it. My car is more quiet and stable than it was when I drove it off the lot after I bought it. I have peace of mind again and you can’t put a price on that! I didn’t feel like just another customer in line at fine automotive, thank you for being great at what you do!!!! Exceptional customer service !!! Less
